Aragon has no control over the decisions of third parties, including approvals, rejections, account suspensions or requests for additional documents.
Aragon does not guarantee acceptance of a company formation application, the opening of a bank account, verification of a Stripe account or approval of a website, as these procedures are subject to review by the relevant parties.

- The delivery period starts once the necessary requirements and documents are received.
- Aragon is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or by the client not completing the requirements.

Cancellation and refund policy
Given the nature of the services and the reliance of some of them on third parties, cancellation and refund requests are subject to the following:
First: Refund requests
- Refund requests must be submitted through Aragon’s official contact channels.
- A fixed fee of USD 100 applies to process a refund request and the related procedures, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.
- Refund requests are reviewed according to the order status, the stage of delivery and the work already carried out.
Second: Fees paid to third parties
- These include amounts paid to company registration agents, government bodies, banks, payment platforms and other service providers.
- Aragon does not guarantee that fees paid to third parties can be refunded.
- Whether such fees can be refunded depends on the terms, conditions and policies of the party that received them.
- Aragon is not responsible if a third party refuses to return fees or does not make them refundable.
Third: Services already started
Once work on a service has started or part of it has been completed, the refund request is assessed according to the work completed, existing commitments and the client’s statutory rights.
Fourth: When refunds are possible
Refund requests are processed where permitted by applicable regulations, the service terms and the policies of external service providers. This policy does not waive any statutory rights the client has under applicable regulations.

Usage rights for deliverables prepared specifically for the client are defined by the agreement and the scope of service, subject to third-party rights and the licences of the tools and software used.
